Industrial Skids
We manufacture Skids of multifarious specification and functions viz. Skids of City Gate Stations, District Regulating Skids(DRS), Common Pressure Reducing Skids(CPRS), USM/Turbine meter based Metering skids, Gas heating systems, Metering and Regulating skids(MRS), Pressure Reduction Skids (PRS).
In the complex structure of any piping project, there are many crucial components, of which the skids are one of the most critical components. Yet, the skids design is widely and highly diverse depending on the piping specifications, environmental conditions and the material to be piped.
ARD systems INC is proud to have a repertoire of over 100 different designs of skids to service various process requirements of different customers.
It is our forte to be the architects of some of the finest design of skids which have optimal space utilization enabling the right amount of room for ease of operation and maintenance.
We have successfully commissioned skids varying from small domestic and industrial gas supply requirements to huge city gate skids to supply gas to an entire city. These skids were designed with a structured base frame supporting filters, complex array of valves, pipes, meters and pressure reduction devices designed to measure the gas flow and reduce its pressure for various purpose. They are designed with utmost precision taking into account the gas properties, health and safety hazard and site conditions.
These skids are ready to install and box-up with the already laid gas pipelines/ process taping at site generally provided with well-enclosed, open able and ventilated enclosures and cabinets to prevent thefts, dust, water-ingress, etc. and moreover, the toughened glass window give direct view of the devices and readings of the meters and gauges, without opening the doors of the cabinets. We also maintain exhaustive socks for immediate replacement during operation & maintenance and also provide site installation service including repair, overhaul, revamping and maintenance service.
